By using our services or purchasing a membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

General Service Terms

Top Quality Roadside Assistance provides mobile roadside services including tire service, jump starts, lockouts, fuel delivery, towing coordination, and mobile EV charging.
 

A dispatch deposit may be required prior to service. This deposit is non-refundable once a technician has been dispatched. Remaining balances are due at the time of service.
 

We accept Zelle and credit/debit cards. Credit/debit card payments may include a processing fee. All pricing and fees are confirmed before dispatch — no surprises.

All services are performed at the customer’s request and acknowledgment of these terms.

Service Conditions & Limitations
All services are subject to availability, location, traffic conditions, weather, and safe operating conditions.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate location details and ensuring the vehicle is accessible and in a safe location for service.

Top Quality Roadside Assistance reserves the right to refuse or delay service if conditions are deemed unsafe. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Mobile EV Charging Terms
Mobile EV charging is intended to provide enough charge to reach the nearest charging station and is not guaranteed to fully charge the vehicle.

Charging speed and results may vary depending on the vehicle, battery condition, and environmental factors.
Charging time begins once the charger is connected to the vehicle.

Top Quality Roadside Assistance is not responsible for pre-existing battery issues, vehicle malfunctions, or charging limitations related to the vehicle.
EV Membership Policy
Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

A minimum 3-month commitment is required from the date of enrollment. Cancellation requests submitted before the completion of the 3-month term will take effect after the commitment period.

Customers may cancel their membership at any time; however, cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle.

Once a billing cycle has started, all payments are non-refundable.

Membership benefits apply only while the subscription is active and in good standing. Benefits do not roll over to future billing periods if unused.

Membership provides priority service over non-members but does not guarantee immediate response times.
Membership services are limited to the Metro Atlanta service area.

Each membership plan includes a specified amount of charging time per service visit. Additional charging beyond the included time will be billed at the applicable member rate and must be paid at the time of service.
Roadside Assistance Membership Policy

Unused services or benefits do not roll over to future billing periods.
Service Limitations
Membership does not guarantee immediate service but provides priority over non-members.

All service requests are subject to availability, location, traffic conditions, weather, and safe operating conditions.
Membership services are limited to the Metro Atlanta service area.

Additional mileage, after-hours fees, specialty services, or parts (including tires, batteries, or fuel) are not included unless explicitly stated in the selected plan and will be billed separately at the time of service.
Usage & Fair Use Policy
Membership is intended for personal use only and may not be used for commercial fleets, rideshare, or multiple vehicles unless explicitly approved.

Excessive or repeated use of services beyond normal roadside needs may result in service limitations or membership cancellation at the discretion of Top Quality Roadside Assistance.
Payment & Additional Charges
Any services not included in the membership plan will be charged at the applicable rate and must be paid at the time of service (Zelle or credit/debit card accepted).

All pricing and fees will be confirmed before dispatch.
Additional Services
Emergency roadside services including tire changes, tire replacement, lockouts, battery jump starts, fuel delivery, and towing are not included in the EV membership.

These services are available at an additional cost and must be paid at the time of service.
Cancellations & Refunds

Dispatch deposits are non-refundable once a technician has been dispatched.

All membership payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.

Failure to be present at the time of service or cancellation after dispatch may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Limitation of Liability

 Top Quality Roadside Assistance is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle damage or mechanical issues

  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or unsafe conditions

  • Outcomes related to battery performance or charging limitations

All services are performed at the customer’s request and acknowledgment of these terms.

Deposit Policy

A deposit is required prior to dispatch for all services. Deposit amounts vary based on the type of service, distance, and time of request.

All deposits are applied toward the total service cost. Deposits may be non-refundable once a technician has been dispatched.

Changes to Terms

Top Quality Roadside Assistance reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

A deposit is required to schedule an appointment or dispatch a technician. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost and is non-refundable once a technician has been dispatched.
