Pricing Transparency:
All service charges, including additional costs for parts or extended service time, will be communicated to the customer before work begins. Quotes provided online or over the phone are estimates and may vary based on actual conditions.

Refund Policy:
Refunds will only be provided for services not performed or in cases where cancellation occurs prior to technician dispatch. Once services are rendered, no refunds will be issued.

If you cancel your roadside assistance service before a driver is dispatched, you will receive a full refund. However, once a driver is dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply to cover fuel and driver costs.
